About Denise
Business has always been in my blood. I grew up in a small town, watching my entrepreneurial parents work hard, solve problems, and build something meaningful. That spirit of possibility shaped me from an early age—and it stayed with me through every chapter of my life.
My path began in real estate, where I quickly found my stride. I was named one of the Top 100 Realtors in North America with EXIT Realty, sold over $100 million in residential properties, and built a reputation for results and connection. It wasn’t just about sales—it was about helping people move forward with confidence. And it taught me what’s possible when you believe in yourself and do the work.
At the same time, I was involved in a car-hauling company. Over the years, I stepped further into leadership, eventually becoming sole owner. Under my direction, the company grew from under $100,000 in annual revenue to nearly $10 million, operating a fleet of 30 trucks. That growth was recognized nationally by MacLean’s and The Globe and Mail, who named us one of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies, with a 273% increase in revenue over five years.
As the business expanded, so did I. I began studying with Bob Proctor, whose teachings helped me lead differently—by vision, not pressure. I learned how to shift my mindset, challenge my beliefs, and connect success with something deeper: purpose.
That journey led me to the stage. I started speaking publicly, sharing the real story behind the numbers. The challenges. The fear. The courage it takes to keep going when everything around you is shifting. I also wrote my first best-selling book, Rise Above – Create the Abundant Life You Desire, as a reflection of the growth I was living in real-time.
Then life threw me into another season of transition.
A divorce. A pandemic. And eventually, the decision to close the doors on a business I had spent 23 years growing. It wasn’t a choice I was ready for—but it became the one that changed everything.
After the closure, I made myself a promise:
That I would do something good with everything I had learned.
The wins. The losses. The mistakes. The mindset shifts. All of it.
That promise became the fuel for what I do today.
I created the Future-Focused G.R.O.W.T.H. Method to help others reignite their vision, especially when life has knocked the wind out of them. It’s not about setting goals you “should” chase. It’s about rediscovering the ones that light you up and bring you back to life.
Since then, I’ve continued to speak, teach, and guide others through personal and professional transformation. I also wrote a second best-seller, Your Legacy Journal, to help people reflect deeply on what they want to leave behind.
What I know for sure is this: life will challenge you. But it will also invite you to rise.
And when you do, everything changes.
That’s the work I do now—walking alongside others as they remember what’s possible, reclaim who they are, and step into the future they were always meant to create.
