Welcome to my website! I’m Denise Beaupre, and I had the incredible privilege of learning from one of the best in the Personal Development industry, the late Bob Proctor. His guidance has profoundly influenced my personal life and professional career, equipping me with valuable lessons that have propelled me forward.
I was born in a small town and grew up in a business environment, fostering a deep passion for all things related to business. Throughout my journey, I discovered a love for leadership, which led me to create the course “Unleash the Power of Adaptability and Creativity” where I help individuals unlock their full potential as effective and innovative leaders.
With a determined mindset, I strive to achieve my goals and find great joy in seeing others succeed and become the best versions of themselves. During my successful 14-year career as a realtor, I earned numerous accolades, including being ranked among the top 100 realtors in North America with my firm. Over the years, I facilitated the sale of over $100 million worth of residential properties, building strong and lasting relationships with my clients.
In addition to my real estate career, I ventured into entrepreneurship and built a thriving trucking company specializing in car hauling. Navigating the challenges of a male-dominated industry, I worked hard to establish my place and earn the respect that is not always readily granted. Throughout my 23+year tenure, my company achieved remarkable milestones, including being recognized as one of “Canada’s Top Growing Companies” for four consecutive years, with an impressive 5-year revenue growth of 283%.
While the journey was filled with significant achievements, it also had its fair share of challenges. Like many businesses, I faced unforeseen obstacles during the COVID-19 pandemic. The global landscape shifted, impacting industries across the board, including the trucking industry.
Inspired by the teachings of Bob Proctor and my own experiences, I developed a deep passion for personal and business growth. I firmly believe that creativity is at the heart of success, and I have seen firsthand how it goes beyond competition. I integrate this philosophy into my businesses, fostering innovation, originality, and collaboration.
